1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the plusph1 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at plusph1.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "plusph1" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the plusph1 online gaming platform.
• "Balance" means the total PHP funds held in a Player's plusph1 wallet at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to the Platform under Philippine law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the plusph1 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and plusph1 regarding your use of the Platform.

By completing the account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published amendments take effect, you irrevocably accept these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and plusph1 relating to the subject matter hereof. No verbal representations made by plusph1 support agents shall have the effect of varying these Terms and Conditions unless confirmed in writing by a plusph1 authorised representative.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active plusph1 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of plusph1, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension active on your plusph1 account.
• You must not currently hold another active plusph1 account under any name, identity document, device, or payment method.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

plusph1 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension pending review.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the plusph1 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, identity documents, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time during your use of the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were actually present at the time.

plusph1 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from plusph1 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify plusph1 support immediately via live chat or email. plusph1 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending that investigation.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

plusph1 is required by applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity and address of its players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID), a recent proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on the plusph1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following deposit methods are currently supported: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by plusph1, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside plusph1's control.

Deposits are credited to your plusph1 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within two (2) minutes. Bank transfer timelines are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

plusph1 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are solely your responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name that have been previously used for at least one deposit on the Platform, except where explicitly approved otherwise by plusph1 at its discretion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any applicable KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full.

plusph1 targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes or less for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed in cases where additional verification is required.

plusph1 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside plusph1's control and are your responsibility.

plusph1 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

plusph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible game restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant offer.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

plusph1 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent account closure.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the plusph1 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average payout and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

plusph1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of the relevant game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server-side record shall be authoritative.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, plusph1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Payouts will not be made on game rounds that cannot be verified due to technical error.

Bets placed after the official closing time for a sporting event will be voided. plusph1 reserves the right to void or amend odds that were published in error. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, plusph1 is not bound to honour bets placed at the erroneous price.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance where applicable, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's source code or backend systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward plusph1 support staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10 Responsible Gaming

plusph1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming on the plusph1 Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players free of charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from all plusph1 services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

Limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect to allow Players time to reconsider.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the plusph1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of plusph1 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of plusph1.

The plusph1 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plusph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Your inability to access or use the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond plusph1's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision you make in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

plusph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

plusph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, plusph1 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures described herein.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact plusph1 customer support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. The majority of account-related disputes can be resolved at this stage without further escalation.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
