Our Privacy Commitments
What This Policy Covers
A plain-language summary of the six core privacy principles that govern how plusph1 handles your personal information.
What Data We Collect
plusph1 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. We do not collect data beyond what is required for these defined purposes.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and personalise platform services, process GCash and Maya deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, meet regulatory reporting requirements, and communicate important account updates. Your data is never sold to advertisers or third-party marketers.
Who We Share Data With
plusph1 shares personal data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention partners — and with regulators and law enforcement where legally required. All third-party partners are bound by strict data protection obligations.
How We Keep Your Data Secure
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, access controls, regular penetration testing, and staff data protection training. Your plusph1 account password is stored as a salted cryptographic hash and is never readable in plain text.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. All requests are handled by our Data Protection Officer within the statutory timeframe.
How Long We Retain Data
plusph1 retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements. Data no longer required for any legal or operational purpose is securely deleted or anonymised.

1 Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how plusph1 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal data relating to individuals ("you", "your", "data subject") who access or use the plusph1 online gaming platform, including the website at plusph1.net and all related mobile web interfaces and services.
This Policy is issued in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Where plusph1 also processes data in connection with activities subject to PAGCOR oversight, processing is further governed by applicable PAGCOR data handling guidelines.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of plusph1, regardless of how you access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface. It applies to registered players, prospective players who browse without registering, and former players whose accounts have been closed.
By accessing or using the plusph1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure if applicable.
2 Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, plusph1 is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data processed through the platform.
Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection legislation, and for handling all data subject rights requests and privacy-related queries. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
Where plusph1 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, or fraud detection services — those providers act as personal information processors and are contractually required to process data only on plusph1's documented instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

4 Legal Basis for Processing
plusph1 processes personal data only where a lawful basis exists under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The applicable legal bases are as follows:
| Processing Purpose | Legal Basis |
|---|---|
| Account registration and platform access | Performance of contract — necessary to fulfil the player account agreement |
| Identity verification (KYC) | Legal obligation — required under PAGCOR guidelines and AML regulations |
| Processing deposits and withdrawals | Performance of contract — necessary to provide the core gaming service |
| Fraud prevention and security monitoring | Legitimate interest — protecting the platform and other players from fraud and abuse |

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in account settings or by contacting our DPO. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
5 How We Use Your Data
plusph1 uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes, each of which corresponds to a lawful basis identified in Section 4:
- Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your plusph1 account, including processing login authentication, account settings changes, and communications related to your account status.
- Identity Verification: Verifying your identity and age to ensure compliance with the 21-year minimum age requirement and PAGCOR-aligned KYC obligations before processing any withdrawal request.
- Payment Processing: Facilitating your deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, and processing withdrawal requests to your verified payment method.
- Fraud & Security: Monitoring account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other prohibited conduct; investigating suspicious activity; and taking remedial action where necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Meeting AML reporting obligations, responding to lawful requests from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other competent Philippine authorities.
- Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gaming behaviour for indicators of problem gambling; enforcing deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion requests; and contacting you if responsible gaming concerns are identified.
- Customer Support: Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, investigating complaints, and maintaining support interaction records.
- Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to players who have opted in — subject to your communication preferences.
- Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated usage data to improve platform performance, game selection, and user experience. This analysis uses anonymised or pseudonymised data wherever practicable.
plusph1 does not use your personal data for automated individual decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review. Where automated systems flag an account for investigation (e.g., fraud detection algorithms), a trained compliance team member reviews the case before any account action is taken.

| Analytics | Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players navigate the platform to help us identify usability issues and improve the user experience. | Yes — via cookie preferences |
| Fraud Prevention | Collect device fingerprint and behavioural signals used by our fraud detection systems to identify suspicious account activity and protect the platform. | No — required for security |
You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling functional cookies may affect the quality of your experience on the platform. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to play games or transact.
plusph1 does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies to build profiles for third-party advertising purposes.
7 Data Sharing & Disclosure
plusph1 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share personal data only in the following defined circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers (Processors)
We share personal data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to support platform operations, including:
- Payment processors — GCash, Maya, and bank transfer intermediaries require transaction identifiers and account reference data to process deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity verification providers — our KYC partner processes copies of your identity documents and liveness check images to verify your identity.
- Fraud detection and AML screening services — transaction and behavioural data is shared with screening providers to detect suspicious activity.
- Customer support infrastructure providers — live chat and email ticketing platforms that host our customer service communications.
- Cloud hosting and data storage providers — servers and databases that host the plusph1 platform and store player account data.
All service providers are contractually bound to process personal data only on plusph1's documented instructions, to implement appropriate security measures, and to delete or return data upon termination of their engagement.
7.2 Regulatory & Legal Disclosure
plusph1 may disclose personal data to competent authorities — including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies — where required to do so by law, court order, or lawful regulatory demand. In such cases, disclosure is limited to the data specifically requested and we will notify you of any such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the plusph1 platform, personal data held by plusph1 may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. In such circumstances, the acquiring entity will be required to honour the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
Under no circumstances does plusph1 share your personal data with online advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, or third-party marketing organisations. Your data stays within the operational ecosystem of the plusph1 platform.
8 International Data Transfers
The plusph1 platform is operated with Filipino players as its primary audience, and player data is processed primarily within the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers used by plusph1 — including cloud infrastructure, identity verification, and fraud detection partners — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, plusph1 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, binding corporate rules, or transfers to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection.
You may request further information about the specific safeguards applicable to any international data transfer by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the details provided in Section 15.
9 Data Security
plusph1 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Our security programme includes the following controls:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and the plusph1 platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data including identity documents and financial records is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- Password security: Account passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using a modern, salted cryptographic hashing algorithm.
- Access controls: Access to personal data within plusph1's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff access is governed by role-based access control policies and audit logging.
- Infrastructure security: Our hosting infrastructure is protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Staff training: All plusph1 staff who handle personal data receive regular data protection and security awareness training.
- Incident response: plusph1 maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects within the timeframes prescribed by applicable law.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal data, no security system is completely impenetrable. You also play an important role in protecting your data — keep your plusph1 login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
10 Data Retention
plusph1 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case for the minimum periods required by applicable law. The following retention schedules apply:
| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account registration data | Duration of account plus 5 years after closure | AML & PAGCOR record-keeping requirements |
| KYC identity documents | Duration of account plus 5 years after closure | AML (AMLA RA 9160 as amended) obligations |
| Transaction records | 10 years from date of transaction | AMLA record-keeping and tax compliance |
| Customer support records | 3 years from date of last interaction | Dispute resolution and legitimate interest |
| Marketing consent records | Until consent is withdrawn plus 1 year | Evidence of consent basis |
| Technical/device logs | 12 months rolling | Security monitoring and fraud detection |
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted from active systems or rendered permanently anonymous through irreversible pseudonymisation. Anonymised, aggregated data (from which you cannot be identified) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and business intelligence purposes.
11 Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by plusph1:
- Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed, which this Privacy Policy fulfils.
- Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether plusph1 holds personal data about you, and to receive a copy of that data in a readily accessible format.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected without undue delay. You may update many details directly in your account settings; other changes require verification by our support team.
- Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and where no overriding legal obligation requires its continued retention. Note that AML and PAGCOR regulatory obligations may prevent full erasure during the mandatory retention periods described in Section 10.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where processing is based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Objection to direct marketing will always be honoured; objections to other processing will be assessed against any overriding legitimate grounds.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive personal data you have provided to plusph1 in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe plusph1 has handled your personal data in a manner that violates the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. We will respond to all verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, as required under the Data Privacy Act.
For identity verification purposes, we may need to confirm your identity before processing a data subject rights request. This is to protect your data from being disclosed to or deleted at the request of an unauthorised third party.
12 Children's Privacy
The plusph1 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement is enforced at registration through date of birth verification, and is subject to further verification through the KYC process.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has created a plusph1 account or otherwise submitted personal data to the platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 15. Upon verified notification, we will promptly close the account, delete the associated personal data, and reverse any transactions where required.
plusph1 complies with the 21-year minimum age requirement for online casino-style gaming as prescribed under PAGCOR guidelines applicable to the Philippine market. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
13 Third-Party Links
The plusph1 platform may contain references to third-party payment providers (such as GCash and Maya) in the context of deposit and withdrawal instructions. While plusph1 works with these providers as part of its payment infrastructure, the plusph1 platform itself does not embed third-party advertising links, affiliate banners, or external site links.
If you navigate directly to the website of a third-party payment provider or service, your use of that website is governed by the privacy policy of that provider, which is outside plusph1's control and responsibility. plusph1 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
14 Updates to This Policy
plusph1 reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission or PAGCOR. The current version of this Policy is always published on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown in the hero section above.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect the way we process your personal data or your rights as a data subject — we will provide advance notice to active players via the email address registered to their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the plusph1 platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
